SUMMER CAMP 2026

8:30AM DROP OFF - 3:30PM PICK UP

Ages: 6-9 & 10-13

8 spots per age group. 

Each day of the week will have a specific area of focus applicable to both the offensive and defensive positions. Puck handling, passing/ play making, shooting, skating, body-contact, and applied through game situations with and without gameplay pressure. This will produce results that transfer quickly to their games. Workouts will be age appropriate and cover/develop all the athletic building blocks. Sprinting, plyometrics, strength training, mobility, and conditioning. We will have your athlete in the best shape of their life and playing at their best. 

When we train, we train with intensity, but we will have a lot of fun things for the kids to do outside of their hockey training and workouts. We want them to enjoy the process of getting better and being in a positive environment.
