ACP Hockey Factory (“ACP Hockey Factory,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy.   • Communications, including messages, inquiries, feedback, survey responses, and customer-support correspondence.

  • Marketing preferences, including email and SMS subscriptions, consent records, unsubscribe requests, and engagement with our communications.

  • Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring pages, pages viewed, links clicked, and approximate location derived from an IP address.

We may use Klaviyo or another service provider to manage subscriptions, deliver messages, personalize content, and measure engagement. These providers may process your email address, subscription status, purchase or registration history, Site activity, and interactions with our emails on our behalf.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email. We may still send non-promotional communications concerning registrations, purchases, account administration, safety, or other transactions.

5. SMS, MMS, and Abandoned-Cart Messaging

If you separately opt in to ACP Hockey Factory’s text-messaging program, we may send recurring SMS or MMS messages concerning promotions, program announcements, registration opportunities, scheduling information, reminders, and abandoned-cart or abandoned-registration activity.

The Site uses cookies, pixels, plugins, and similar technologies to track items, programs, or services that you add to your cart or begin registering for, including when a cart, checkout, or registration is not completed. If you have expressly consented to receive applicable SMS marketing, we may use this information to send text-message reminders about the abandoned cart, checkout, or registration.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is voluntary, is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, and must be provided separately from email consent. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message or using an available unsubscribe link. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us using the information below. After opting out, you may receive a final message confirming your request. Opting out of SMS does not automatically unsubscribe you from email, and opting out of email does not automatically unsubscribe you from SMS.

We use Klaviyo and related communications providers to administer our messaging program. These providers may process information needed to deliver and manage messages, including your telephone number, consent status, cart or registration activity, message history, and engagement information.

We will not sell or share your telephone number, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent status with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information to service providers—including Klaviyo, messaging platforms, telecommunications providers, and message-delivery vendors—solely as necessary to operate and support our messaging program or as required by law.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, and similar technologies to:

We do not disclose SMS opt-in information or consent status for third parties’ independent marketing purposes, as explained above.

8. Children’s and Participants’ Privacy

Our programs may serve children, but the Site is intended for use by parents, legal guardians, and other adults. A parent or legal guardian should submit registrations and personal information for a child under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13 without legally sufficient parental consent. If you believe a child has submitted personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and, where required, delete it.

Information about youth participants is used only as reasonably necessary to administer programs, communicate with parents or guardians, promote safety, meet legal obligations, or for another purpose authorized by the parent or guardian.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and financial records, honor marketing preferences, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, why it was collected, applicable legal requirements, and operational needs. We may retain limited suppression records after an unsubscribe request so that we can continue honoring that request.
