These providers may process your email address, subscription status, purchase or registration history, Site activity, and interactions with our emails on our behalf.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email. We may still send non-promotional communications concerning registrations, purchases, account administration, safety, or other transactions.
5. SMS, MMS, and Abandoned-Cart Messaging
If you separately opt in to ACP Hockey Factory’s text-messaging program, we may send recurring SMS or MMS messages concerning promotions, program announcements, registration opportunities, scheduling information, reminders, and abandoned-cart or abandoned-registration activity.
The Site uses cookies, pixels, plugins, and similar technologies to track items, programs, or services that you add to your cart or begin registering for, including when a cart, checkout, or registration is not completed. If you have expressly consented to receive applicable SMS marketing, we may use this information to send text-message reminders about the abandoned cart, checkout, or registration.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is voluntary, is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, and must be provided separately from email consent. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

After opting out, you may receive a final message confirming your request. We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13 without legally sufficient parental consent. If you believe a child has submitted personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and, where required, delete it.
Information about youth participants is used only as reasonably necessary to administer programs, communicate with parents or guardians, promote safety, meet legal obligations, or for another purpose authorized by the parent or guardian.
