What does this class include:

1-hour of on ice power skating, puck handling training 

PLUS 30 minutes of off-ice training in our new gym

This session will emphasize speed, coordination, edges, transitions, and evasive maneuvers. Will use a puck with these movements as master is established. Off ice training will focus on explosiveness, mobility, coordination, and strength - tailored for hockey players. Coached by Roman Dubovskoi
