Monday 5-7pm, two groups of ages 8-10 and 12-18

1 Hour On-ice: Powerskating, puck handling, and gameplay developement. This session will emphasize speed, coordination, edges, transitions, and evasive maneuvers. Will use a puck with these movements as master is established. Coached by Roman Dubovskoi 

1 Hour Off Ice Coach by Hugo Bonneval (Former Rugby Champion for France)
